PC Fan Speed Adjustment

A fan speed controller can be used to manually adjust the speed of a computer fan. These speed controllers can be used with different types of PC fans, such as CPU fans and case fans. The controller adjusts the voltage, which effects fan rotation, airflow and noise levels.
