The popular Slip Stream Series will be expanded with a new 140 mm variant of
fans. Slip Stream 140 series is the successor of formally known as the Kaze
Maru series. By applying the new Slip Stream 140 mm fan, wider area can be
cooled compared to 120 mm fans while keeping low noise and high airflow. Air
flow is higher than previous model Kaze Maru and screw hole is compatible to
120 mm case fan.
The Slip Stream 1700rpm case fan is a seriously big case fan!! At 140mm
it is the largest fan we stock but just because it is 140mm that does not
mean
you require 140mm fan mounting holes to install it. The fan has been specially
designed round so the mounting holes are the same distance as a 120mm fan.
So in theory where you can install a 120mm fan you can install the 140mm
Slip Stream.
The benefit of having a large fan is increased airflow at a given fan speed without increasing the noise level. More airflow and less noise - that's just what your PC ordered!
