The Silentmaxx ST-11 PRO Quiet PC Case Design The ST-11 PRO from Silentmaxx is available in five different colors, black, silver, white, blue and red. This quiet PC case has a unique combination of features that make it a great place to start when building a quiet PC. Features include generous internal dimensions, pre-fitted acoustic materials, ease of use and accommodation for up to three hard drive enclosures.
Product Information The new Silentmaxx ST-11 Pro is an excellent chassis if you want to
build a quiet PC. The ST-11 Pro includes acoustic material which is
supplied pre-fitted and covers virtually all of the internal chassis.
This effectively cuts down any airborne noise, making your system run
dramatically quieter. As well as being feature packed these cases are
also available in five different colors! These cases have a feature that we have not seen on any other case. At
the bottom of the case there are three internal 5¼" drive bays. These
bays have been designed to accommodate 5¼" hard drive enclosures, as
shown in the image above. This is a good idea because if you want to use
a hard drive enclosure in a normal case you would lose a 5¼" drive bay.
There is also space for either a 80mm fan or 120mm fan at the front of
the case. This introduces cool air over the hard drive enclosures which
will help to keep them cool. The ST-11 Pro can allow you to install
three hard drive enclosures along with four optical drives. The case comes with two USB, one Firewire and Audio ports. These ports
are neatly hidden behind a flap. A grill on the top of the case is
positioned directly above where the power supply is fitted. The reason
for this grill is to allow the hot air generated by the PSU to escape,
which is ideal if you are intend using a fanless or a semi-fanless PSU.

Pre-Fitted Acoustic Material
The ST-11 PRO has pre-fitted Silentmaxx acoustic material covering virtually all of the internal chassis. This effectively cuts down any airborne noise, making your system run dramatically quieter.
The Silentmaxx quiet PC case has extremely easy access
One of the best features of the case is the ease in which you can access internal components. As you can see in the image above, the sides of the case are hinged at the bottom and a pull on the latch gives immediate access to the case interior. Of course, the sides (and door) are lockable so that access can also be denied if required.
Easy Optical Drive Installation
This Silentmaxx PC case can accommodate up to four optical drives, and installing them is easy. Simply twist and remove the plastic locks at either side of the 5.25" drive bay and slide the optical drive in place. Once the optical drive holes are lined up with the case holes, replace the plastic lock and twist to set the drive in place. No screws or tools needed!
Quiet Silentmaxx PC Case Cooling System
This quiet PC case has a grill on the top of the case, positioned directly above the power supply (not supplied) cavity, allowing hot air generated by the PSU to escape. This is ideal if you intend to use a fanless or a semi-fanless PSU.
The case has accommodation for up to five fans (not supplied), two 80mm fans situated at the rear, one 80mm at the side, one 120mm fan at the case floor and finally one 120mm at the front of the case.
