Watercooling is becoming more and more mainstream and therefore manufacturers like Zalman are looking to cool as many heat sources as possible with water. VGA RAM does get very hot, in excess of 100°C in some instances, especially if airflow has been reduced to keep the noise levels down, but yet it still continues to perform without any problems.
The ZM-RWB1 is designed work flawlessly with the ZM-GWB3. As you can see from the image below they do complement each other perfectly. The connectors on the ZM-GWB3 can rotate and therefore the tubing can be easily routed to the VGA RAM water block, making installation easy.
Compatibility
The ZM-RWB1 is compatible with the following cards:- nVidia 7800 series or above (excluding the 7800GS and 7950GX2) and ATI X1800 series or above.
The X1900XT series is compatible even if a capacitor is located inside the keep out area. ZM-RWB1 is compatible with it if there is no interference with other components inside the 'keep out' area.
