The Ninja 5 CPU cooler has several interesting innovations. This 5th generation Ninja CPU cooler includes two Kaze Flex 120 PWM fans which offer special attention paid to whisper-quiet operation. The fans are installed in a push / pull structure and ensure enormous cooling performance despite the low speed of up to 800 rpm. The tried-and-tested Kaze Flex series uses closed liquid bearings (Sealed Precision FDB) and thus guarantees a long service life of 120,000 hours (MTTF) and particularly smooth running. The design of the heat sink is designed for high compatibility, which even supports LGA 2066 mainboards with eight RAM slots. Six nickel-plated 6-mm copper heat pipes, a nickel-plated copper base plate and the black anodized top plate underline the high-quality workmanship.
- Easy installation thanks to HPMS III
In this latest version of the hyper-precision assembly system, the HPMS III combines a solid basis with simplified assembly. This is achieved through a solid backplate and spring-loaded screws, which enables an even distribution of pressure and weight. The new plastic and rubber spacers help to align the screws and fix the backplate during installation, which significantly simplifies the process.
- High RAM compatibility
A new Finn design is used for the Ninja 5 CPU cooler, which enables a particularly high RAM compatibility without impairing the cooling performance. The fins are shortened in the lower area and thus support RAM modules with heat sinks with a height of up to 55 mm. These shortened fins are located on both sides of the heat sink, which means that the Ninja 5 can be used without any problems even with LGA 2066 mainboards with eight RAM slots.
- Dual fan design with push / pull construction
The Ninja 5 CPU cooler is supplied with two Kaze Flex 120 PWM fans, which are pleasantly quiet thanks to the low speed of up to 800 rpm, but still offer impressive cooling performance due to the dual operation. The corners of the fan frame are also equipped with rubber absorbers that prevent the transmission of any vibrations that may arise. Furthermore, better heat dissipation is achieved through the push / pull structure.
- M.A.P.S. (Multiple Airflow Pass-Through Structure)
By introducing the newly refined M.A.P.S. (Multiple Airflow Pass-through Structure) the total cooling performance has been upgraded by optimizing the pass-through function of the airflow and enhancement of the sturdiness of the heatsink.
